Founded in 2005, Shenzhen Dome Technology is a provider of multi-functional video recorders, car recorders, car black boxes, GPS trackers, mini DVRs, car camcorders, and waterproof DVRs. We own the brands CARCAM and BLACKVIEW.
10% of turnovers is invested in R&D to design two to five new products per month. Our R&D can also design new products according to customer requirements, taking around 20 to 40 days for a new product. This is done by 20 engineers having five to 10 years'experience from famous companies such as BYD and HUAWEI. They can also use English to communicate directly with buyers.
We occupy 2,000 square meters, employ a total of 230 staff, and we have one factory and five cooperated factories. Our three semi-automatic production lines features special production machines such as SMT machines, reflow soldering machines, computer testing equipment, high-frequency heat sealing machines, thermoplastic packaging machines, high-temperature aging testers, and vibration test instruments, all bought from Taiwan, Japan, or South Korea. Our monthly production capacity is 100,000 units.
Our main parts are also bought from Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea, from more than 100 material suppliers. We have 20 QC personnel with five years' experience maintaining our return rate less than 0.3%. Our approvals include CE, FCC, UL, and RoHS, and we provide a guarantee period of one year.
We began exporting in 2006, and 75% of production is for export. Our main export markets are Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Holland, the US, Singapore, South Korea, and Japan. In addition, we are the DOD and Mobile-I general agency in China. Our six foreign trade salespersons have three to 10 years' experience and are proficient in English, Russian, and Spanish languages.
